Shipping costs

Shipping costs depend on the method selected at checkout — standard or express. Rates start at $3.95 for standard shipping and $5.95 for express shipping.

When will my order be processed?

All orders are processed and shipped from our fulfillment centers. Please allow extra time for processing during holidays and major sale periods.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, within 2–4 business days of the order date, and shipped the following business day. We do not process or ship on weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Please allow 2–4 business days for processing. After processing, delivery within the US typically takes 7–12 business days.

Duties & Taxes

Will I be charged duties and taxes?

The prices displayed on our website do not include duties or taxes. Since orders are shipped from outside the US, import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply once your order reaches its destination. These are determined by US Customs and are separate from our shipping charges.

Payment of any customs fees or import taxes is the customer's responsibility and is not covered by Cozywell. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing. For questions about potential fees, please contact your local customs office.
